    Structure and working principle

    1.The ND-151 series is composed of five parts: frame, edge trolley, test drive, test recorder and synchronous unwinding of large package.
    2.The frame is composed of a left box, a right box, a left and right column, a drop bucket, an inspection board and a lighting frame.
    The left box has a built-in hydraulic pump to drive the edging car; The right box has a built-in drive main motor, reducer, drive belt and control circuit board. In order to facilitate the operation of the machine, the constant tension adjustment frequency display and the switch of the edge machine are moved to the lighting shelf, which effectively prevents the complicated operation procedure caused by the tripping of the inverter. The computer length meter is installed on the lighting shelf to make the operation more convenient and more concise. The right column is equipped with a main power switch, which can be operated according to the words and graphics. The drop cloth bucket can be applied to the synchronous unwinding of small rolled fabric, the inspection board is 65° Angle according to the standard and the level, and the illumination of the light board is 600-700 lux.
    3.Edging trolley
    The edging trolley is installed on the frame guide rail and is composed of infrared edging sensor, winding roller and transmission motor, reducer, transmission shaft and transmission sprocket chain. The machine adopts infrared edging sensor, infrared sensor detects the offset signal of the cloth roll, start the hydraulic pump, and make the edging car move left and right through the expansion of the hydraulic cylinder, so as to achieve the effect of the cloth roll neatly.     3. Instructions for use


    (1)Clear the current value: clear the current count value, the cumulative value is unchanged.
    (2)View the cumulative value: Press and hold to display the cumulative value.
    (3)Clear zero cumulative value: simultaneously press clear zero, cumulative and effective cumulative value to be cleared.
    (4)Display fixed length: Press and hold the valid and fixed length do not put display fixed length value.
    (5)Set the fixed length: long press valid and fixed length does not put 5 seconds after the fixed length value can be set (digital tube flashing), using the metric system (plus one) and code system (right shift one) to complete the setting, 5 seconds no operation will save the data and return to the working state.
    (6)Display perimeter: Press and hold valid and Perimeter to display the current perimeter. 
    (7)Set the circumference: press valid and circumference for 5 seconds to enter the circumference setting (digital tube flashes), use the metric system (plus one) and the code system (move one bit to the right) to complete the setting, and do not operate for 5 seconds to save the data and return to the working state.
    (8)Display Pulse: Hold down Valid, Perimeter, and Fixed Length to display the current pulse.
    (9)Set Pulse: Long press Effective, Perimeter and Fixed (8) Set Pulse: Long press Effective, Perimeter and Fixed Length for 5 seconds to enter the pulse number setting. Use Metric (add one) and Yard (shift right one place) to complete the setting. After 5 seconds of inaction, save the data and return to the working state.
    (10)Switch to Metric System: Press and hold "Effective" and "Switch to Metric System: Press and hold "Effective" and "Metric System" to switch to metric display. In the setting state, the light will flash and press once to add 1, then reset to 0 after reaching the maximum value.
    (11)Switch to Code System: Press and hold "Valid" and "Code SystemSwitch to Code System: Press and hold "Valid" and "Code System" to switch to code system display. In the setting state, the light will flash. Press once to shift one position to the right. When it reaches the far right position, it will return to the starting position.
